We offer restorative movements based on yoga practices in Hatha and Leyenda style and Tai-chi yoga to achieve a state of balance and calm in the body and mind. The asanas (physical exercises) in yoga are performed slowly and in a controlled manner and are intended to strengthen the body, improve balance, strengthen and stretch the muscles, improve flexibility and correct posture.

Tai Chi combined with yoga is a system that focuses on movement, concentration and meditation. The asanas (physical exercises) are accompanied by special breathing techniques and bring about mental and physical relaxation, which promotes mindfulness, relieves tension, reduces stress and brings about inner harmony, promotes health and directs energy in the right direction.
