Restorative Movements in
Hatha, Leyenda and Tai Chi Yoga

We offer restorative movements practices in Hatha, Leyenda and Tai-chi Yoga to restore balance and achieve a state of equilibrium and calm in the body and mind. The asanas (physical exercises) are performed slowly and in a controlled manner and are intended to strengthen and stretch the muscles, which ensures relaxation, improves flexibility and corrects posture. We respond to the individual needs depending on the body type and abilities of each individual.

Tai Chi combined with yoga is a technique that focuses on movement, concentration and meditation. The asanas are accompanied by special breathing techniques and bring about mental and physical relaxation, which promotes mindfulness, relieves tension, reduces stress and brings about inner harmony, promotes health and directs energy in the right direction. The exercises, some of which are over 1,000 years old, are used in Asian martial arts, in traditional Chinese medicine and for meditation. With our concept of the trinity of body, mind and soul, we offer workshops that combine Tai Chi, yoga and meditation.
